SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy:
Once you place your order, we need between 2 to 7 business days to print and fulfill your order. Road Trip Hippie prints all of our awesome products on demand just for you. We are not a big box store with thousands of employees that can pick your order off the shelf and drop it in the mail within minutes of receiving your order. We can assure you that we make your order as quickly as possible. More than half of our orders ship within 3 business days after we printing your item. :)
If you've ordered more than one item we may ship your items separately. We like to ship items as soon as we make them. Sometimes that means you'll receive your order in separate shipments and at different delivery dates.
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at shop@roadtriphippie.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Returns policy
Road Trip Hippie prints each item on demand when you place your order so you're essentially getting a custom order. We only accept returns for damaged items or if you've received a size that you didn't order.
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Wrong size:
We provide size details for each item that is listed in our shop. Please make sure you check the measurements before choosing the size you want to purchase. Some shirts are designed differently so they fit differently. For example if you order a size "medium" for one item you shouldn't assume a size "medium" will fit you for another style shirt.
